Love for Food (Series)

2012-09-23 14.45.02

“I like sequence, first the cracker, then turkey and cheese at the top,

this food is not for thought, but for mind, body & soul”

This picture is a part of one of my most memorable trips to Saint Paul, USA. The heartwarming Minnesota culture and beauty of the land just left me in love with this place. Be it the wild rice soup, pop up or the BBQ chicken I had some of the best food during my stay here. On a Sunday morning I went for a Pontoon ride with my colleagues to St. Croix River. We had some wonderful sparkling wine, BBQ Chicken (surprisingly it was very close to the Indian tandoori chicken, of course with less of spice 😉 ), grapes and some delicious cold cut with cheese and crackers. This platter in the picture represents my trip experience – Crisp, mushy & makes you crave for more!

P.S-“Love for Food (Series)” is a lore of my experience with food across countries, cities, town & cuisines. My love for food is captured in this series with unforgettable memoirs which keeps its taste lingering forever!
